CLMD (Carl Louis and Martin Danielle) are two fast rising house talents from Norway. They have already turned a number of key heads like Tiesto, David Guetta and the Swedish House Mafia with their eclectic and energetic productions.

With releases on labels like UpNorth Recordings/Sony Music and their most recent single, “Black Eyes & Blue”, was their biggest to date with heavy support from Radio 1 tastemaker Pete Tong, as well as plays on Ministry of Sound Radio plus loads more online plays totalling an impressive 14,000 in less than four days. The duo are already receiving massive radio support now with plays on Radio 105 (Italy), Kiss FM, Hed Kandi, Cool FM, Juice FM, Loca FM amongst others. DJ support coming from Aviici, Armand Pena, Tall Paul, Axwell, Thomas Gold, MYNC Project, Steve Smart, Eric Morillo, Sebjak, Sander Kleinenberg, Jesse Voorn, Zedd, Kim Fai, and Danny Howard.

Back in 2011, the duo released a number of big hits like “FiveAM” on Agape/Strictly Rhythm but also remixed Emma Eye Jedi and Nightbox for ToothFairy Label and Gang Records respectively. Most auspicious amongst their achievements so far, however, has been getting picked up by one of the Swedish House mafia, Steve Angello, and signed to his influential Size Records for a number of releases.

Often referred to as new school house heroes, the dynamic duo have toured all over the UK, Europe, Brazil and the plan in 2012 is to travel even further afield, conquering audiences world wide with their own unique house sound. With plenty more productions and gigs in the pipeline, as well as a video to accompany their latest single “Black Eyes & Blue” plus remixes of Kompakt act GusGus’s “Within You”, it seems like this is just the beginning for CLMD.
